Customers and Users of Internet Service from Cable Services, Inc. (also known as CSi, CSi Broadband, CSi Cable, and/or CSiNet) are subject to the terms and conditions of the following online or printed agreements upon installation and or use of the Internet Service provided by CSi in Jamestown and Valley City, North Dakota, USA. Violations of the agreements may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Internet Service privileges.

Modem/Service Installation Agreement:
By ordering service, Customer grants permission for CSi Cable-CSi Computer Technicians to enter premise to install necessary equipment and service ordered, and upon termination of service, to allow technicians to enter premise to recover equipment owned by CSi.
Customer will provide verbal permission at time of order, or initial service agreement at time of install to elect to grant permission for CSi/CSi Computers Technician to connect computer – hub – router to modem, load drivers for a USB connection if used, to turn on computer to verify normal operation of service ordered, and if requested to set-up EMAILS in your Outlook & to verify normal operation of your CSiCable.Net email. If needed, at your request, to install an Ethernet card (for a fee). Customer warrants there are no pre-existing conditions that will impede the normal operation of the computer, and all important data has been appropriately backed-up.
User/Customer cannot resell Internet Service to others nor distribute service to other premises via wire or wireless technology. Service is intended for your sole private use within the confines of your private residence, home, apartment, dwelling, business. Residential service is not intended for Business use. All customers with Wireless Routers should employ basic security techniques to prevent unauthorized use of your service, and to secure your computers from prying eyes.
