The Federal Communications Commission has updated the CLOSED CAPTION rules and complaint process. The close caption requirements pertain to certain programming from the national cable networks and over-the-air broadcast television stations. None of the locally produced CSi programs on CSi channels 2,10,67, or 68 fall under the requirement of having to have close captions.
